Do not over-inflate inflatable pipe plugs beyond the pressure specified on the instruction card attached to each stopper. The pressures are detailed in the accompanying table. These specified inflation pressures include a safety margin. When inflated as recommended, inflatable pipe plugs can withstand pipe pressures up to 60% of the stopper's internal pressure. For instance, a six-inch stopper inflated to 15 lbs. can resist up to 10 lbs. of pressure in the pipeline.

A Critical Reminder: Conducting pressure testing poses significant hazards, demanding strict adherence to safety protocols. Ensure all connections, valves, flanges, and fittings are suitable for pressure testing. Verify the compatibility of line ID & Plug Range.
