HDPE water supply pipes are commonly known as high-density polyethylene water supply pipes. They are made of PE100 raw material. There are also medium density FE80 raw materials and low density FE63, PE50, PE32. PE is a kind of plastic pipe, and there are many kinds of polyethylene, each of which is different and has different physical properties. For example, high pressure polyethylene (LDPE), generally known as PE63, PE50, PE32 and other high pressure. Low-pressure polyethylene (HDPE) is also known as low-pressure high-density polyethylene.

Difference:

High pressure and low pressure here mainly refers to the reaction conditions of the production process, that is, a high-pressure process (process) process production, a low-pressure process production; density difference, a high and a low.

Different performance: LDPE is softer, HDPE is harder; LDPE transparency is good, HDPE is poor; LDPE is easy to deformation, poor strength. HDPE has good strength; LDPE softening point is low, temperature resistance is good, HDPE temperature resistance is good.

Main implications.

LDPE is mainly used in film applications and has good transparency and processing properties, but poor mechanical properties.

HDPE has many uses: cable (i.e. woven bag fiber), injection molding (various daily products), blown film (i.e. film applications), hollow (blow molding, such as some PE bottles).
